Most coaches bring empathy and frameworks. I bring something rarer: 20 years of experience on the other side of the table — building recruiting functions, coaching and advising executives on talent, evaluating leaders, and making the talent decisions that shape careers.

I know how organizations assess people, how hiring decisions actually get made, and what separates leaders who advance from those who plateau. That perspective doesn't just inform my coaching. It changes what's possible in it.

My philosophy is simple: clarity comes before confidence. Most professionals who feel stuck aren't lacking drive — they're lacking an honest picture of where they are, what they genuinely bring, and where they want to go.

My work is to help clients get clear on all three, then build forward with candor, structure, and a plan grounded in both their aspirations and the realities of the market they're navigating.

Every engagement is customized, but the throughline is consistent. I meet clients where they are, challenge the assumptions keeping them from moving forward, and help them build the clarity, language, and strategy to lead and compete at the level they're capable of — whether that means navigating a career transition, preparing for an executive search, or strengthening leadership capability for what's next.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University, and hold both Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and ICF Associate Certified Coach credentials.

Although I work with clients throughout North America, I am based in San Diego, CA where I life with my husband, Chris, and our cat Fuji.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, gardening, music, am a lifelong car enthusiast, and love sharing a great meal with friends.
