Your Next Level.
Most professionals who feel stuck
aren't lacking drive.
They're lacking clarity.
Coaching that combines ICF-certified methodology with 20 years of talent leadership experience — so you get more than a thinking partner. You get someone who understands how careers are built, how leaders are assessed, and what it actually takes to advance.
See how it works ↓
They're good at what they do — often very good — but they've hit a ceiling they can't quite name.
Maybe a promotion isn't materializing.
Maybe a career pivot feels overdue but overwhelming.
Maybe their leadership has plateaued and they're not sure why.
Maybe they're interviewing and not landing, even when they're the most qualified person in the room.
The answer isn’t to just work harder. It's gaining a clearer picture of where you are, what you genuinely bring, and what growth, change, or positioning you need for what’s next.
That's exactly where I work.
Most coaches teach you to compete.
I know how the competition gets evaluated.
Before I became a coach, I spent 20 years on the other side of the process — building recruiting functions, hiring executives, evaluating talent, and advising leaders on how to develop and position their teams.
I've run searches for VP and C-suite roles. I've sat in debrief rooms where the difference between a yes and a no came down to things candidates never knew were being assessed. I’ve coached and advised leaders on talent strategy, development, and selection.
That experience lives in every one of my coaching engagements.
When we work on your positioning, I know what resonates with the people making decisions.
When we prepare for an executive search, I know what evaluators are really listening for.
When we work on your leadership, I know what distinguishes leaders who are seen as high-performing from those who don't.
That's not something you learn from a coaching curriculum. It comes from two decades of doing the work.
